Simon has over ten years of experience building world-class, mission-driven software products at scale in regulated industries. Prior to Mahana, Simon was an engineering leader at Credit Karma where he helped launch new product verticals and was a technical lead for the Hangouts project at Google. When not engineering he enjoys playing soccer, cooking, and playing with his two Goldendoodles.

Justin leads Mahana’s commercial, digital, e-commerce, product strategies, and strategic partnerships, to expand adoption of Mahana’s products, including Mahana IBS and pipeline products. He plans to implement innovative models to shape the pathway for long-term commercial success of prescription digital therapeutics. Prior to joining Mahana Therapeutics, Zamirowski served as chief commercial officer for Better Therapeutics, Inc., developing the company’s go-to-market strategies and establishing several real world evidence partnerships with world-renowned institutions to prepare the company for launching its first prescription digital therapeutic in diabetes. He has also held leading commercial and business development roles at Guidehouse, Inc., Edge Therapeutics, Otsuka, and PDL Biopharma.

Kendal has more than 20 years of experience in quality and regulatory with a focus on medical device, in vitro diagnostic (IVD) and clinical genomics. He has built quality and regulatory systems from the ground up at multiple startups, scaling from scratch to IPO or acquisition several times. Kendal is passionate about leading a culture of quality in startups and building cross-functional teams. During off-hours, he enjoys swimming and strategy games.

His successes include the transition and growth of commercial operations in Northern Europe for Zoetis from IPO to Fortune 500 scale and he has run his own businesses in both UK and Chile. Jon lives in Sussex, England where he enjoys gardening with his wife, mountain biking and building Lego with his two young boys.
